In his spare time, you’ll find Nick spending time golfing and fishing with his family.

Lucas has leveraged his leadership position in the company to instill strong family values within the overall company culture. “More than anything, I want each of our customers to feel like they’ve gotten to spend time with a close friend whenever they ride with us. I work to ensure that every one of our contractors provides that experience.”

Married with four children, Lucas and his family love spending time outdoors.

ANDY SEITZER

COO, Co-Owner

Since the beginning, Andy has been motivated by the direct, lasting impact that BEC Enterprises can have in communities across Southern Minnesota. Like the other co-owners, Andy noticed a significant need in our communities, and has worked tirelessly since starting the business to provide top quality, professional transportation services in Mankato and beyond.

When he’s not working, Andy enjoys spending time with his kids and playing hockey and volleyball.

Fueled by a passion for helping others (and a strong cup of coffee), Katie confidently manages daily operations for BEC Enterprises, leading and coordinating the team to ensure that all customers have a great experience. Beginning her career with BEC Enterprises as a dispatcher, Katie has the hands-on experience to effectively manage the team and set the tone for the strong culture that BEC Enterprises has developed.
